Coping with Stress

Stress feeds on our fears making them grow larger until we can't handle them! Luckily, we've provided a guide on how to avoid falling down the rabbit hole of misery and void.

Step 1: Make sure to get enough sleep. Sure, staying up till 5 AM is fun, but think about your health!

Step 2: Exercise! It's not ok to turn into a couch potato just because you're at home.

Step 3: This may seem ironic after all that couch potato talk but you have to eat. Not a snack, but a healthy, well balanced meal.
