Mental Health Month

28 September 2020

After lockdown, returning to school is overwhelming as never before. Some students may have difficulty coping with stress and some may suffer with anxiety or low mental health or just doubts in general, so asking for help at the right moment is extremely important. To help a friend or a loved one ask them how they are whenever you can and comfort them when something is wrong. Since we can't touch each other, verbal communication has become the new way of showing care so it is super important to talk to someone who seems a bit down. Many students could be struggling with this so making sure your friends are okay could make a huge difference to them.

Remember to be kind to everyone, to bring people up instead of down and to spread positivity!
