Halloween Cookies with Pumpkin Icing

For the dough:
3 cups all-purpose flour
1½ teaspoon baking soda
1 cup butter, melted
1 ½ cup sugar
1 egg
½ teaspoon cinnamon
For the icing:
4 cups confectioners' sugar
¼ cup unsalted butter, softened
¼ cup pumpkin puree
1 tablespoon shortening
Method:
Beat the ingredients for the icing until smooth.
Mix all the ingredients for the dough.
Flatten the dough, and cut it into circles.
Bake at 190 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes
Decorate the cookies with pumpkin icing.
