Healthy Banana Oatmeal Cookies

As Pamela Reif, a famous fitness YouTuber, likes to say, “Oats every day in every way!” She is not wrong. Oats are packed with fibre and antioxidants. They are among the healthiest grains on Earth, containing higher amounts of protein than any others. For this clean and lean breakfast recipe you will need:

  • 1 banana

  • 50g of oats

  • 150ml of milk

  • 2tbsp of nut butter

Mix the ingredients together and bake for 10 minutes at 180 degrees Celcius.
