Kaela - a journalist from Year 3

An exclusive interview with up-and-coming journalist Kaela, Y3, revealed the story behind the beautiful newspaper that she produced for her classmates during her last two weeks at this school.

She explained who gave her the inspiration: "My dad said that I can improve my writing skills whenever I want."

With this encouragement, Kaela single-handedly wrote, illustrated and handed out her daily newspaper!

Though Kaela has now moved back to her homeland, Australia, her journalistic career is far from over. Kaela may continue her newspaper in her next school, and regards journalism as a potential career choice: "I might be a scientist or a journalist. I don't know."
