We all get stressed out the day before our exams but this is exactly the time to relax and calm the mind. Instead of cramming the day before the exam, try to do some light revision 30-40 minutes a day, around a week and a half before your final exam. The night before the exam take a relaxing, warm bath, watch a movie you enjoy and read a book before bed. Dedicate around 30 minutes to read over your notes and clear any doubts and wake up refreshed to absolutely nail your exam and hammer down that knowledge!
Exams are not meant to intimidate or scare you; they are your opportunity to impress your teachers with how much you know. Exams can be fun if you've revised well, and as long as you have, try not to stress too much over them!
